56例冠心病舌下脉诊断与实验检测相关性研究

本文对５６例冠心病患者进行舌下脉诊断，并与实验室检测血液流变学、甲皱微循环、血脂分析对比，发现舌下脉病理改变随积分的增加，对应的实验室检测结果呈正相关性改变，其中尤以甲皱微循环检测中的乳头下静脉丛、微血管长度、血细胞聚集、流态、瘀血，血液流变学中的全血比粘度、血浆比粘度，血脂分析中的高、低密度脂蛋白、胆固醇变化最显著。

Study on experimental determination correlation and diagnosis of sublingual vessel of 56 cases of coronary heart disease

This paper reports that 56 cases of coronary heart disease were carried out ot make a diagnosis of sublingual vessel.By making a comparative analysis of the blood rheology,microcirculation of nail fold and blood-lipid which were determinated in the laboratary,it was found that with the increasing of the score,the pathological change of sublingual vessel and its corresponding result obtained from the laboratary showed a change of positive correlation,and especially in the change of inframammillary venous plexus,the length of micrangium and the aggregation,folwing state and blood stasis of hemocyte in the determination of microcirculation of nail fold;the whole blood specific viscosity and plasma specific viscosity in blood rheology as well as the HDL,LDL and cholesterol in the analysis of blood-lipid.
