| 摘 要： | 目的:观察通痹合剂治疗活动性类风湿关节炎(RA)的近期临床疗效。方法:30例活动性RA患者,采用通痹合剂治疗3个月,观察治疗前后肿胀关节数、压痛关节数、患者对疼痛的VAS评分、患者和医生对总体病情的VAS评分、HAQ、ESR、CRP、RF、晨僵时间的变化。结果:治疗后肿胀和压痛关节个数减少、晨僵时间缩短(P0.05);患者对疼痛的评分、患者和医生对总体病情的VAS评分及HAQ较治疗前明显改善(P0.05);ESR、CRP、RHF明显降低(P0.05)。结论:通痹合剂能有效控制炎性症状、改善病情,对活动性RA具有颇佳的近期疗效。
