| 摘 要： | 目的:寻求建立肺脾两虚型慢性阻塞性肺病(COPB)大鼠模型的新方法。方法:用熏香烟30天联合两次气管内滴入脂多糖(LPS 2001μg/次)建立肺虚型COPD大鼠模型,并配合番泻叶泻下法建立脾虚型动物模型,从而建立肺脾两虚型COPD大鼠模型。结果:模型组动物有慢性支气管炎、阻塞性肺气肿的特征性病理改变,有肺脾两虚的症状体征表现;气道壁厚度高于正常对照组(P<0.01)。结论:烟熏法联合气管内滴入脂多糖并配合番泻叶泻下法可以成功建立肺脾两虚型COPD大鼠模型。
