灵龟八法治疗急性脑梗塞吞咽障碍的临床研究

目的:对比观察灵龟八法与石氏醒脑开窍法对急性脑梗塞吞咽障碍的临床疗效,并观察二者联用是否有叠加作用。方法:醒脑开窍组33例给予石氏醒脑开窍法针刺;灵龟八法组33例给予巳时针刺当时所开穴位;灵龟八法加醒脑开窍组30例给予二法联用。3组均配合基础治疗结合康复治疗,共治疗3周,以才藤吞咽功能7级程度分级和洼田饮水试验评级作为观察指标。结果:3组才藤吞咽功能分级和洼田饮水试验评级均较治疗前明显改善(P0.01),3组之间无明显差异(P0.05)。结论:灵龟八法对急性脑梗塞吞咽障碍具有较好的治疗效果,与石氏醒脑开窍法相似,但暂未发现两种方法联用有明显叠加效应;灵龟八法取穴少而精,方便安全,刺激量小,操作简单,值得临床推广运用。

Clinical Study on Treatment of Dysphagia in Acute Cerebral Infarction with Eight Extra-Meridians Acupuncture Therapy

Objective：To observe and compare the clinical effects between the eight extra-meridians acupuncture therapy and Shi′s xingnao kaiqiao needling method in the treatment of dysphagia in acute cerebral infarction,besides this,additive effects of combination with these two methods was also observed in this study.Methods：33 patients were divided into the Shi′s xingnao kaiqiao needling method group;33patients belong to the eight extra-meridians acupuncture therapy group who were treated with the acu-points selected between 9am to 11am;30 patients were in the group of the two methods combined.Basic therapy and rehabilitation were operated among all three groups.The observation indexes base on the swallowing function seven-level-grades and Watian water-swallowing test.Results：The extent of variation improved significantly among the three groups without any difference（P〈0.01）.Conclusion：The eight extra-meridians acupuncture therapy have remarkable clinical effect which was similar to the Shi′s xingnao kaiqiao needling method in treating dysphagia in acute cerebral infarction,and without marked additive effects of these two methods.Based on the superiorities of fewer but better in choosing points,convenience and safe,mild stimulating quantity,and simple operation,the eight extra-meridians acupuncture therapy is worth using widely in clinic.
