| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨桂林西瓜霜外用治疗宫颈糜烂的临床疗效。方法:入选病例240例随机分为观察组(西瓜霜外用组)120例,对照组(CO2激光治疗组)120例,对两组的疗效进行比较。结果:观察组与对照组患者的痊愈率、总有效率差别无统计学意义(P(0.05),但观察组在减少并发症、复发率等方面均优于对照组(P<0.05、P<0.01)。结论:西瓜霜外用治疗宫颈糜烂疗效肯定,值得在临床推广应用。
