| 摘 要： | 目的:证实解毒利湿法佐益气扶正中药后疗效优于单纯解毒利湿治疗慢性乙型肝炎(肝胆湿热证)。方法:采用随机数字表法,将47例慢乙肝(肝胆湿热证)患者随机分为治疗组(24例)和对照组(23例),治疗组采用党参、灵芝联合龙胆泻肝汤治疗,对照组采用龙胆泻肝汤治疗,观察两组患者服药前后中医证候积分、肝功能等各项指标的改变情况。结果:临床总有效率:治疗组75%,对照组56.5%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);在改善肝功能方面,有明显疗效(P<0.05)。结论:解毒利湿法佐用益气扶正中药可提高治疗慢性乙型肝炎(肝胆湿热证)疗效。
