益肾通督电针疗法对女性创伤后应激障碍的临床观察

目的观察益肾通督电针疗法对于女性创伤后应激障碍(PTSD)的临床疗效。方法将65例女性PTSD患者随机分为电针治疗组和单纯西药对照组连续治疗2个月,在治疗前、后分别对患者的症状自评量表(SCL-90)、雌二醇、皮质醇等水平进行测定。结果治疗前、后评分总体上组间效应不显著(P <0. 05)、但电针组在SCL-90躯体化症状、焦虑评分较单纯西药对照组有明显改善(P <0. 05)。结论益肾通督电针疗法治疗女性PTSD患者的总体疗效与单纯西药对照组疗效大致相仿,电针疗法对于改善患者临床常见症状疗效确切且副作用小,价格相对低廉,患者依从性较好。

Clinical Observation of Female Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder Treated by Electroacupuncture by Tonifying Kidney and Dredging Du Meridian Method

Objective To observe the effect of female post-traumatic stress disorder(PTSD)treated by the electroacupuncture bytonifying kidney and dredging Du meridian method.Methods Sixty-five cases offemale PTSD were randomly divided into two groups:electroacupuncture groupand western medicine control group.Both were treated for 2 months.Before and after treatment,the Snyptom Cheaklist(SCL-90),estradiol,cortisol levels were measured.Results Before and after treatment,there was no significant difference between the two groups'scores(P<0.05).However,the scores of somatization and somatosensory score of SCL-90 in EA group were significantly improved(P<0.05)compared with those of the western medicine control group.Conclusion The effect of theelectroacupuncture bytonifying kidney and dredging Du meridian method and western medicine was generally the same.However,electroacupuncture for the improvement of clinical symptoms of patients has definite effect and few side effects.The cost is relatively lowand the patients may well abide by the doctors'advice.
