慢性前列腺炎病位在前列腺,前列腺为精室的一部分,本病与脾、肾、肝、心、肺及膀胱、睾丸、附睾等脏腑、器官相关,由湿热外邪侵袭下焦、蕴积膀胱;或脾失健运、湿浊内蕴下焦,郁结于精室;或肝气郁滞、败精郁滞精室;或肺肾气虚、水液停滞膀胱,进而影响到精室而发生精室瘀滞、增生。脾肾之虚是本,湿热外邪、湿浊、瘀毒阻滞精室是标,本虚标实贯穿本病的整个过程。治疗上选取多经的多个腧穴,针刺、刺血、拔罐、按摩等多种方法并用。针药结合、二便同调,可以提高和巩固疗效。

The location of chronic prostatitis is in the prostate,which is a part of sperm chamber. Chronic prostatitis is related to the spleen,kidney,liver,heart,lung,bladder,testis and epididymis. It is due to damp-heat invading the lower jiao and accumulating in the bladder,or is due to spleen failing to transporting with damp turbidity accumulating in the lower jiao,or is due to liver qi stagnation with corrupted sperm accumulating in the sperm chamber,or is due to qi deficiency in the lung and kidney with fluids accumulating in the bladder and further leading to stagnation in the sperm chamber. Spleen deficiency is the root,and damp-heat,external pathogenic factors,damp turbidity,stasis and toxin accumulating in the sperm chamber are the branch. Deficient root and excessive branch is in the whole process of chronic prostatitis. For the treatment,various acupoints are selected,and acupuncture,pricking blood,cupping,massage are applied. The combination of acupuncture with medicine and the regulation of stool and urine can improve and consolidate the curative effect.
