红元胶囊治疗老年患者髋部骨折疗效及对患者术后 TPINP、FIB、N-MID水平的影响

目的:探讨红元胶囊治疗老年患者髋部骨折的疗效及对术后总型前胶原氨基端延长肽(TPINP)、纤维蛋白原(FIB)、端中段骨钙(N-MID)的影响。方法:选取132例髋部骨折患者,采用随机数字法分为对照组和观察组,对照组患者给予低分子肝素钙治疗,观察组患者应用红元胶囊治疗,观察比较两组患者骨折愈合时间、深静脉血栓发生率及治疗前后TPINP、N-MID、FIB、凝血酶原时间(PT)、D-二聚体(D-D)水平变化情况和患肢肿胀程度差异。结果:治疗后观察组患者TPINP(42.08±1.03)mg/ml、N-MID(31.15±2.57)pg/ml明显优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后观察组患者FIB(1.15±0.05)s、PT(12.99±0.65)s、D-D(7.05±2.63)mg/L与对照组比较无明显差异(P>0.05);治疗后观察组双大腿周径差值(1.39±0.21)cm、双小腿周径差值(0.80±0.16)cm同对照组比较明显提高(P<0.05)。实验组患者骨折愈合时间(3.29±0.24)个月较对照组明显缩短(P<0.05)。两组深静脉血栓发生率无差异(P>0.05)。结论:针对老年髋部骨折患者术后应用红元胶囊可预防深静脉血栓,降低术后并发症,促进骨折愈合。

Effect of Hongyuan capsule on the level of TPINP,FIB and N-MID after hip fracture in elderly patients

Objective:To investigate the effect of Hongyuan capsule on hip fracture in elderly patients and on the effect of total procollagen extension peptide(TPINP),fibrinogen(FIB),end bone calcium(N-MID)after operation.Methods:132 patients with hip fracture were randomly divided into control group and experimental group.The patients in control group were treated with low-molecular-weight heparin calcium,and those in experimental group were treated with Hongyuan capsule.The time of fracture healing,the incidence of deep venous thrombosis and the level of(PT),D-D before and after treatment were observed and compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,the TPINP and N-MID in the trial group(42.08±1.03)mg/ml and the control group(31.15±2.57)pg/ml were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05),and the FIB(1.15±0.05)spT(12.99±0.65)sTD-D(7.05±2.63)mg/L in the trial group was not significantly different from that in the control group(P>0.05),and the thigh circumference difference was not significant in the test group after treatment(P>0.05).The value of(1.39±0.21)cm,was significantly higher than that of the control group(0.80±0.16)cm(P<0.05).The time of fracture healing in the experimental group(3.29±0.24)months was significantly shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).There was no difference in the incidence of deep venous thrombosis between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:The application of Hongyuan capsulefor the elderly hip fracture can prevent deep venous thrombosis,reduce postoperative complications and promote fracture healing.
