摘    要:目的:探索合适的制茶工艺,并结合高效液相色谱法测定黄酮类和生物碱类化合物的含量,优选荷叶茶的最佳浸取工艺。方法:以黄酮和生物碱化合物含量用高效液相色谱法进行定量,采取正交试验法考察浸提时间、浸取次数及茶水比对化合物含量的影响,确定最佳浸取工艺。结果:荷叶茶品质稳定,且最佳浸取工艺为茶水品比为50∶1,浸取2次,每次30min。用正交实验共提取生物碱3种,总计(532.12±47.14)g,黄酮类化合物11种,总计(8226.38±213.10)g。结论:优选的浸取工艺切实可行,可作为荷叶茶的浸提工艺。

Abstract:Objective:To explore a suitable tea preparation process,and to determine the contents of flavonoids and alkaloids by High performance liquid chromatography (HPLC),and to optimize the optimum extraction process of lotus leaf tea.Methods:The content of flavonoids and alkaloids was determined by high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC).The effects of extraction time and tea-water ratio on the content of flavonoids and alkaloids were investigated by orthogonal test,and the optimum extraction process was determined.Results:The quality of lotus leaf tea was stable,and the best extraction process was that the ratio of tea was 50∶1,with leaching twice,and 30 minutes each time.Three kinds of alkaloids were extracted by orthogonal experiment,totaling (532.12±47.14)g,and 11 kinds of flavonoids,totaling (8226.38±213.10)g.Conclusion:The optimum leaching technology is feasible and can be used as the extraction technology of lotus leaf tea.
