| 摘 要： | 目的:建立清心安神丸的质量标准。方法:通过薄层色谱法定性鉴别该复方制剂中的黄连、川芎、栀子3味药材,采用高效液相色谱法测定清心安神丸中栀子苷的含量。结果:黄连、川芎、栀子薄层鉴别图斑点清晰、重现性好; 栀子苷加样回收率、精密度、稳定性、重现性均良好。结论:本研究建立的检测方法简便、结果准确可靠,可作为清心安神丸制剂的质量控制标准。

| Abstract: | Objective:To establish the quality standard of Qingxin Anshen pills.Methods:Rhizoma coptidis,Rhizoma Chuanxiong and Gardenia in the preparation were identified by TLC.The content of Geniposide in Qingxin Anshen pills was determined by HPLC.Results:TLC identification of Rhizoma coptidis,Rhizoma Chuanxiong and Gardenia’s spots were clear and repeatable.The recovery,precision,stability and reproducibility of gardenoside addition were good.Conclusion:The established method is simple,accurate and reliable,which can be used as the quality control standard of Qingxin Anshen pills. |
