摘    要:目的 建立卷柏及垫状卷柏的HPLC指纹图谱分析方法并进行穗花杉双黄酮的含量测定.方法 采用HPLC方法测定24批不同产地的卷柏及垫状卷柏药材,分析两者的指纹图谱特征及穗花杉双黄酮的含量.结果 以穗花杉双黄酮为主的不同的7个特征峰分别共同构成卷柏及垫状卷柏的HPLC指纹图谱概貌,卷柏及垫状卷柏中穗花杉双黄酮的含量分别为1...

Abstract:Objective To establish a method to analyze HPLC fingerprint chromatogram of Selaginella tamariscina and Selaginella pulvinate and to determine the content of amentoflavone.Methods HPLC was applied for establishment of fingerprints of Selaginell atamariscina and Selaginella pulvinate which from different origin to analyze their fingerprint characteristic and content of amentoflavone.Results The different characteristic seven peaks in the chromatogram consisted of the common pattern of Herba Selaginella tamariscina and Selaginlla pulvinate.Two important mutual fingerprint peaks were found in both of them,one of which is amentoflavone.The content of amentoflavone in Herba Selaginella tamariscina and Selaginella pulvinate was 1.77-3.82% and 0.45-0.85% separately.Conclusion The HPLC fingerprint chromatogram of Selaginella tamariscina and Selaginella pulvinate was similar,but their were very different in the content of amentoflavone.
