岩陀提取岩白菜素工艺研究

摘    要:目的研究从岩陀中提取岩白菜素的最佳提取工艺和相关参数。方法分别用饱和石灰水、95%乙醇、水煮提取、水煮提取碱化后95%乙醇回流四种工艺进行提取,并选择多种提取参数,探讨最隹提取工艺。结果最佳提取工艺是用95%乙醇回流提取6h。结论此工艺提取率最高,生产成本最低,效益最好,为从岩陀中提取岩白菜素提供了最佳提取工艺和相关参数。

Abstract:Objective To explore the optimum extraction technology and related parameters of bergenin from Rhizoma Rodgersiae. Methods For the purpose of studying the best extraction technology of bergenin, we selected many related parameters, the saturated lime water extraction,95% ethanol extraction, extraction by boiling water ,after pretreating Rhizoma Rodgersiae with boiled water and alkalize, and 95% ethanol refluxing extraction techniques were respectively used. Results The best extraction process was 95% ethanol refluxing extracting for 6h. Conclusion The results showed that the process is good for extracting bergenin with its high extraction ratio, low production cost and high profit, which provided the best extraction technology and related parameters of bergenin from Rhizoma Rodgersiae.
