黄连水煎液对胰岛依赖型小鼠糖尿病模型的影响

摘    要:目的:研究黄连水煎液对小鼠胰岛修复功能的影响,探讨黄连对高血糖的治疗作用及初步作用机制,为临床应用提供实验依据。方法:采用四氧嘧啶造高血糖模型,观察黄连水煎液对胰岛依赖型小鼠糖尿病模型体质量、血糖、胰岛B细胞形态的影响。结果:黄连水煎液能降低模型小鼠血糖,并能有效控制模型小鼠体质量下降且呈剂量依赖性,其中分别在第7、14天黄连水煎液高剂量组与模型组比较有显著性差异(P0.05),西药(二甲双胍)组与模型组比较有显著性差异(P0.01)。病理观察:黄连水煎液组胰岛B细胞形态均比模型组和西药组好,且成剂量依赖性。结论:黄连水煎液能显著降低胰岛依赖型糖尿病模型小鼠的血糖,能有效控制模型小鼠体质量下降,但短期效果均不如二甲双胍;并且对胰岛B细胞形态有明显的修复作用。

Abstract:Objective:To research the effect of Coptis decoction on repair function of the islets in mice, and to explore the herbs in the treatment of high blood glucose and preliminary mechanism of action in order to pro- vide experimental basis for clinical application. Method:Use alloxan to make hyperglycemia models, observe the effect of Coptis decoction on insulin - dependent diabetic models in terms of body weight, blood glucose, islet B cell morphology. Result : Coptis decoction could lower blood glucose of model group and effectively control weight loss in a dose dependent manner, and in the 7th, 14th day Coptis decoction high dose group and model group were significantly different ( P 〈 0. 05 ), western medicine (metformin) compared with model group, there was a significant difference (P 〈 0. 01 ). Pathological : Coptis Decoction group of islet B cell morphology was better than those in model group and western medicine group and in a dose dependent manner. Conclusion : Coptis decoction can significantly reduce blood glucose of the insulin - dependent diabetic mice, and it can effectively control weight loss of model group, but the short - term effects are not as good as metformin. And it repairs islet B cell morphology significantly.
