乳增灵配方颗粒对实验性大鼠乳腺增生及性激素水平的影响

目的:观察乳增灵配方颗粒对大鼠乳腺增生病的防治作用。方法:采用苯甲酸雌二醇和黄体酮分别注射大鼠20d和5d,建立乳腺增生病模型,于造模35d后给予乳增灵配方颗粒,连续60d,测定血清中雌二醇(E2)、孕酮(P)、睾酮(T)水平,测量第2、3对乳头高度,镜下观察第2对乳腺增生的病理改变,观察各组乳腺增生程度。结果:乳增灵配方颗粒能显著降低实验性乳腺增生大鼠乳头高度,降低E2含量,病理组织学检查结果提示乳增灵配方颗粒可减轻乳腺增生大鼠乳腺充血与水肿,减少乳腺小叶的腺泡数量。结论:乳增灵配方颗粒具有一定防治乳腺增生病作用。

Effects of Ruzengling Compatible Granule on Cyclomastopathy Rats

Objective It is to observe the action of prevention and treatment of Ruzengling compatible granule on c yclomastopathy. Methods Experimental cyclomastopathy rat model was made with intramuscular injection of estrogen for 20 d and progestin for 5 d respectively. Ruzengling compatible granule was given after 35 d model making and lasted for 60 days. The levels of E2, P and T in plasma were determined. The height of the second and third nipples of rats was measured after model making. The patho-change of hyperplasia of the second pair of mammary glands was observed under micr oscope. The changes of hyperplasia of mammary glands in every group were observed. Results Ruzengling compatible granule could remarkably reduce the nipple height of experimental cyclomastopathy rats, reduce the content of E2. Histopathology examination showed that Ruzengling compatible granule could reduce the hyperemia and edema of cyclomastopathy rats, decrease the number of alveolus in lobules of mammary gland. Conclusion Ruzengling compatible granule has the function of prevention and treatment on cyclomastopathy.
