| 摘 要： | 目的:观察中西医结合治疗老年慢性前列腺炎的临床疗效.方法:选取老年慢性前列腺炎患者178例,随机分为研究组和对照组,每组89例.对照组给予单纯西医对症治疗,研究组在对照组治疗的基础上加用前列康汤治疗.结果:对照组有效率为88.8％,研究组有效率为59.5％,研究组优于对照组(P＜0.01);研究组治疗后症状程度评分均优于对照组(P均＜0.05);研究组治疗后前列腺液中的白细胞计数水平也低于对照组(P＜0.05).结论:中西医结合治疗老年慢前列腺炎的临床疗效显著.
