腕踝上三寸内外侧各有一个三经交会穴

根据腧穴命名原则和针感效应,提出在腕踝上三寸内外侧各有一个三经交会穴的新观点,分别是三阴交、悬钟、会宗、间使。从三阴交、悬钟、会宗、间使四穴的现代解剖学神经分布,以及针刺四穴后针感循行分布,悬钟、会宗、间使与三阴交一样,均符合三经交会穴的特点,虽然不能将现代的神经与经络完全等同,但经络包含神经是无可争辩的。在《针灸甲乙经》和《针灸大成》的记载中,悬钟、会宗、间使三穴的主治与三经交会穴主治范围尚有一定差距,但不能排除是人们对以上三穴认识得还不够清楚。目前,除三阴交穴之外,其余三穴临床研究有限,这是今后努力的方向。

There Is a Three-Meridian Crossing Point Being Three Cuns on Each Wrist and Ankle

According to the naming principle of acupoints and the effect of acupuncture sensation,this paper puts forward a new viewpoint that there is a three-meridian crossing point three cuns on the inside and outside of wrist and ankle,namely Sanyinjiao(SP 6),Xuanzhong(GB 39),Huizong(SJ 7),and Jianshi(PC 5).According to the modern anatomic nerve distribution of Sanyinjiao,Xuanzhong,Huizong and Jianshi,as well as the distribution of acupuncture sensation after acupuncturing the four points,Xuanzhong,Huizong and Jianshi,like Sanyinjiao,all conform to the characteristics of a three-meridian crossing point.Although modern nerves and meridians cannot be completely identical,it is indisputable that meridians contain nerves.According to the records of A-B Classic of Acupuncture and Moxibustion,and Great Compendium of Acupuncture and Moxibustion,there is still a certain gap between the indications of Xuanzhong,Huizong and Jianshi and the indications of crossing point of three meridians,but it cannot be ruled out that people′s understanding of the above three acupoints is not clear enough.At present,except Sanyinjiao,the clinical research of the other three points is limited,which is the direction of future efforts.
