| 摘 要： | 目的：研究水半夏的质量标准。方法：参考《中国药典》2010年版方法，对中药材水半夏的质量控制方法进行研究，包括显微鉴别、薄层色谱鉴别、水分检查、总灰分检查和浸出物检查。结果：10批水半夏测试样品中水分含量为11．4％～16．9％，平均值为14．0％；总灰分为4．7％～7．5％，平均值为6．0％；冷浸法水溶性浸出物量为5．4％～8．7％，平均值为6．9％，薄层色谱操作简便，结果准确、可靠，重现性好。结论：该实验制定的方法可应用于水半夏的质量控制。

| Abstract: | Objective：To establish and perfect the quality standard system of Rhizoma typhonii flagelliformis. Methods：The researches included microscopic identification ,TI.C discriminates, edematous amaenorrhea, total ashes, water-soluble extracts of the Rhizoma typhonii flagelliformis samples were investigated with the detemfination method in Chinese Pharmacopeoia published in 2010. Results： The edematous amaenorrhea were 11. ,t ~ ~ 16.9 ~, with an anavenage value of 14.0 %0 ;the total ashes were 4.7 ~7.5~,with an average volue of 6.0%.the water soluble extracts in hot water were5.4%-8. 7%, with an average value of 6.9 %. TLC of Rhizoma typhonii flagelliformis was simple, accurate, reliable and reproducible. Conclusion ： Thin-layer chromatography identification, proprietary methods, clear spots. A complete set of quality standards has been formed. |
