摘    要:目的:优化芹菜素锌配位化合物的合成条件。方法:在单因素实验的基础上,采用正交试验对芹菜素与醋酸锌络合反应的工艺参数进行优化。结果:反应温度和体系的pH值对芹菜素锌配合物的产率具有显著影响,通过方差分析得到优化的络合反应条件为:在体系pH值为9的条件下,50℃络合反应5h,产率为77.51%。结论:该工艺稳定可行,芹菜素锌配合物产率较高。

Abstract:Objective: To optimize the synthesis of apigenin-Zn complex Methods: Based on the results of single factor, the synthesis process was employed combining with orthogonal design to optimize the complexing conditions for making apigenin-zinc complex Results: A mathematical model was then developed to show the significant effect of temperature and pH on the yield of apigenin-zinc complex The analysis was used to estimate that a maximal yield of apigenin-zine complex could be obtained when temperature, time and pH was 50℃, 5 hours and prig. The experiment result was 77. 51%. Conclusion:The extraction process is stable and feasible
