摘    要:目的:优选桃红四物汤颗粒的乙醇提取工艺.方法:采用正交试验,以芍药苷转移率及出膏率为评价指标,考察料液比浓度、提取次数、提取时间对提取工艺的影响.结果:优选出的最佳提取工艺为:加8倍量70%醇,提取3次,每次1h.结论:该提取工艺设计合理,稳定可行.

Optimization of Alcohol Extraction Process for Granule of Taohong Siwu Decoction by Orthogonal Test

Abstract:Objective:To optimize the alcohol extraction technology for Granule of Taohong Swu Decoction. Methods:An orthogonal test was employed to observe the influences of the ethylalcohol volume, the ethanol concentration, extraction times and extraction time on the transfer rate of paeoniflorin, and the yield of dry extracts of Taohong Siwu Decoction. Results:The optimized extracting process was as follows: Adding 8 times of the mount of 70% ethylalcohol, extracting 3 times, and extracting for lh per time. Conclusion : The optimized process can be used for extracting active components from Taohong Siwu Decoction because of its being stable, reasonable, and feasible.
