维AE薄荷乳膏的质量标准研究

目的:建立维AE薄荷乳膏的质量标准。方法:采用理化鉴别法对制剂中的维生素E、维A酸进行鉴别,用UV法测定制剂中维A酸的含量。结果:理化鉴别方法专属性较强,维A酸在1.658～5.802μg.mL-1范围内呈良好的线性关系,r=0.999 7;平均回收率为98.1%,RSD为0.57%(n=9)。结论:本法操作简便、可靠、重复性好,能够控制维AE薄荷乳膏的质量。

Quality Standard Research on Dimension of AE Mint Cream

Objective：To establish the quality standard of Victoria AE mint cream.Methods：Identification of the use of physical and chemical agents were in the Vitamin E,Victoria A acid for the identification of clindamycin.UV method used in the preparation of the Victoria A acid.Results：The physics and chemistry distinction method specificity is strong.Victoria A acid showed a good linear relationship at a range of 1.658～5.802 μg·mL-1,r=0.999 7,the average recovery was 98.1%,and RSD was 0.57%.Conclusion：The method is simple、reliable、reproducible,can control the quality of Victoria AE mint cream.
