摘    要:采用硅胶、MCI、ODS柱色谱等色谱技术,从鸡尾木95%乙醇提取物中分离得到14个化合物。经波谱数据分析并结合文献对照,分别鉴定为槲皮素(1)、山柰酚(2)、(+)-儿茶素(3)、秦皮苷(4)、原儿茶酸(5)、没食子酸(6)、没食子酸甲酯(7)、没食子酸乙酯(8)、罗布麻酚A(9)、巴卡亭(10)、酵母甾醇(11)、鞣花酸(12)、3,3’,4’-三甲氧基鞣花酸(13)、N-benzoylL-phenylalaninyl-N-benzoyl-L-phenylalaninate(14)。除化合物6以外,其余化合物均为首次从该植物中分离得到,化合物1,2,6具有一定的抑制肿瘤细胞增殖作用。

Abstract:Fourteen compounds were isolated from 95% ethanol extract by silica gel, MCI, and ODS column chromatography. These compounds were respectively identified as quercetin(1), kaempferol(2),(+)-catechin(3), fraxin(4), protocatechuic acid(5), gallic acid(6), methyl gallate(7), ethyl gallate(8), apocynol A(9), baccatin(10), cerevisterol(11), ellagic acid(12), 3,3',4'-tri-O-methylellagic acid(13) and N-benzoyl-L-phenylalaninyl-N-benzoyl-L-phenylalaninate(14) by analyzing their spectral data and comparing with the previously reported literatures. Except for gallic acid(6), all other compounds were isolated from this plant for the first time. Compounds 1, 2 and 6 showed moderate anti-proliferation activities on tumor cells.
