狗肝菜保肝作用有效部位筛选研究

摘    要:目的:初步确定狗肝菜保肝护肝的有效活性部位.方法:用CCl4制备小鼠急性肝损伤模型,对4个不同极性部位萃取物进行药效学筛选.结果:狗肝菜正丁醇萃取物和水萃取物可明显抑制急性肝损伤小鼠血清中ALT,AST和MDA活性(P<0.01,P<0.05),升高SOD活性(P<0.05).结论:正丁醇部位和水部位为狗肝菜保肝的药效学活性部位.

Abstract:Objective: To search pharmacody namic active extracts of Dicliptera chinensis for protecting liver. Method: Rats cute liver injury model was induced by CCl4 to screen the liver protection of four different fraction extracted from an ethanol extract of D. chinensis. Result: The n-butanol fraction and water fraction can prevent the increase of the ALT, AST and MDA(P<0.01,P<0.05), and increase the SOD compared to the normal groups(P<0.05) . Conclusion: The results show that the pharmacody namic active extracts of D. chinensis are the n-butanol and water fractions.
