秦艽药材的品质区划研究

摘    要:通过文献查阅,明确中药秦艽分布信息,实地采集秦艽药材79份。基于采样信息,利用秦艽药材指标成分和环境因子之间的回归模型,结合MaxEnt对生态适宜区的预测结果和指标成分的主成分分析结果,应用ArcGIS的空间分析功能对秦艽药材的品质进行空间分布估算。结果显示,陕西南部、甘肃南部、四川中部及西藏东南部秦艽药材综合品质较高。研究结果与秦艽药材的产区一致,可以为秦艽资源保护、开发和利用提供参考依据。

Abstract:The 79 samples of Gentianae Macrophyllae Radix were collected based on the distributed information by document literature. Based on sample information, and using the regression model of Gentianae Macrophyllae Radix index component and environmental factors, and combined with the prediction results of ecological suitability by MaxEnt and principal component analysis results of index component, the space distribution of Gentianae Macrophyllae Radix was estimated with the spatial analysis function of ArcGIS. The results showed that it had a higher comprehensive quality in south of Shaanxi, south of Gansu, middle of Sichuan and southeast of Xizang. The study results were coinciding with the producing regions of Gentianae Macrophyllae Radix. It can provide reference for Gentianae Macrophyllae Radix resource conservation, development and utilization.
