摘    要:目的:建立中药凌霄花中麦角甾苷、齐墩果酸、熊果酸含量测定方法.方法:色谱柱Agilent ZORBAX EclipseXDB-18,流动相甲醇-0.1%磷酸梯度洗脱,检测波长:0-30 min为334nm,30~60 min为210nm.结果:麦角甾苷、齐墩果酸和熊果酸3成分浓度分别在0.025 9-0.258,0.100-1.00,0.104-1.04 g·L-1与峰面积呈良好线性关系,平均加样回收率依次为98.9%,99.3%,99.4%.结论:可同时测定麦角甾苷、齐墩果酸和熊果酸含量,可用于药材质量控制.

Abstract:Objective : To develop an HPLC method for the determination of acteoside, oleanolic acid and ursolic acid in flowers of Campsis grandiflora. Method : The analysis was carried out on an Agilent ZORBAX Eclipse XDB-18 colunm eluted with methanol and 0.1% phosphoric acid in gradient mode. The detection wavelength was set at 334 nm at 0-30 min and 210 nm at 30-60 min. Result : The peak areas and concentrations have a good linear relationship at 0.025 9-0.258 g·L-1 for acteoside, 0.100-1.00 g·L-1 for oleanolic acid and 0.104-1.04 g·L-1 for ursolic acid, respectively. The average recoveries were 98.9%, 99.3% and 99.40%, respectively. Conclusion : The method can determinate the concentration of acteoside, oleanolic acid and ursolic acid simultaneously. It can be used for the quality control of flower of C. grandiflora.
