麻栗坡红丝线中的酚类和酰胺类成分

摘    要:目的:研究茄科红丝线属植物麻栗坡红丝线Lycianthes marlipoensis根部化学成分.方法:应用柱色谱分离技术分离纯化,并通过波谱分析确定化合物结构.结果:从麻栗坡红丝线根部的乙醇提取物中,分离得到了10个酚类化合物和7个酰胺化合物,分别鉴定为4] -gingerol(1),6]-gingerol(2),10]-gingerol (3),(3S,5S)-3,5-dihydroxy-1-(4-hydroxy-3-methoxyphen7yl) decane(4),(3R,5S)-3,5-dihydroxy-1-(4-hydroxy-3-methoxyphenyl)decane(5),6]-shogaol(6),10] -shogaol (7),gingerenoneA(8),hexahydrocurcumin(9),(3R,5R)-3,5-dihydroxy-1,7-bis (4-hydroxy-3-methoxyphenyl)heptane( 10),piperine(11),isochavicine( 12),isopiperine( 13),N-trans-p-coumaroyl tyramine( 14),N-trans-feruloyl tyramine(15),N-trans-p-coumaroyl octopamine(16),N-trans-feruloyl octopamine(17).结论:化合物1~13和17为首次从该属植物中分得.

Abstract:Ten known phenolic compounds including 4]-gingerol (1),6]-gingerol (2), 10]-gingerol (3), (3S,5S)-3,5-dihydroxy-1-(4-hydroxy-3-methoxyphenyl) decane (4), (3R,5S)-3,5-dihydroxy-1-(4-hydroxy-3-methoxyphenyl) decane (5), 6]-shogaol (6), 10]-shogaol (7), gingerenone A (8), hexahydrocurcumin (9), and (3R,5R)-3,5-dihydroxy-1,7-bis(4-hydroxy-3-methoxyphenyl) heptane (10), and seven amides including piperine (11), isochavicine (12), isopiperine (13), N-trans-p-coumaroyl tyramine (14), N-trans-feruloyl tyramine (15), N-trans-p-coumaroyl octopamine (16), N-trans-feruloyl octopamine (17), were isolated and identified from the roots of Lycianthes marlipoensis. Compounds 1-13 and 17 were isolated from the genus Lycianthes for the first time.
