| 摘 要： | 本文观察了山药对脾胃的影响，结果表明：山药能抑制胃排空运动及肠管推进运动，对氯化乙酰胆碱及氯化钡引起离体回肠的强直性收缩作用也有明显的拮抗作用。能增强小肠吸收功能。抑制血清淀粉酶的分泌。对胆汁分泌及胃液分泌均无明显影响。

| Abstract: | he effcts of Shan Yao on the Jian pi-Wei were observed. The results were as following:1. Significant inhibition of gastric empty and intestinal propulsion was observed in mice by oral administration.2. A similar action of Shan Yao was observed in antagonsing the spasmodic contration of isolated rat intestine in- duced by acetycholine and barium chloride.3. The effects of Shan Yao on absorptive function of intestine were obeerved in rats. The absorptive function ofintestine was markedly increased. No significant change of cholalic secretion was found in anesthetic rat by duodenaladministration. Significant inhibition of amylase was also obeerved in mice by oral administration. |
