针药并用治疗男性不育疗效观察

目的:观察针药并用治疗男性不育的临床疗效.方法:将37例精液异常不育症患者随机分为两组,针灸加中药组(观察组,n=25)采用针刺配合口服中药治疗;针灸加西药组(对照组,n=12)采用针刺配合口服克罗米酚治疗.观察两组患者治疗前后临床症状、精液常规指标和血中睾酮(Testosterone,T)、卵泡刺激素(Follicle-stimulating Hormone,FSH)、黄体生成素(Luteinizing Hormone,LH)水平变化.结果:观察组疗效显著高于对照组(P<0.05).观察组患者治疗后精液密度、1 h后存活率、活力得分、正常形态率均有改善(P<0.05),对照组治疗后精液量减少(P<0.05),其余各项变化均无统计学差异.治疗后,对照组T、LH均有显著升高(P<0.05),FSH也有升高,但与治疗前无统计学差异.而观察组三项指标变化均不明显.结论:针灸加中药治疗精液异常不育症疗效肯定.

Therapeutic efficacy observation on combined acupuncture and herbal formula for male sterility

Objective： To observe the clinical efficacy of combined acupuncture and herbal formula for male sterility. Method： Thirty-seven sterility cases due to abnormal semen were randomly allocated into two groups, a group of combined acupuncture and herbal formula （observation group, n=25） and a group of combined acupuncture and oral clomifene capsules （control group, n=12）. Then the clinical symptoms, routine semen indexes, testosterone （T）, follicle-stimulating hormone （FSH） and luteinizing hormone （LH） changes have been observed in two groups respectively before and after treatment. Results： Combined acupuncture and herbal formula obtained substantially better effect than combined acupuncture and oral Western medication （P0.05）. After treatment, the sperm density, 1h survival rate, motility score and normal morphological rates in the observation group were all improved （P0.05）, whereas, there were no statistical differences in the control group except for a decrease in semen volume （P0.05）. Additionally, after treatment, the T and LH values in the control group were significantly elevated （P0.05）; and despite the elevation of FSH, there was no statistical difference. For the observation group, there were no significant changes in T, LH and FSH. Conclusion： Combined acupuncture and herbal formula can obtain accurate efficacy for abnormal semen.
