加味四君固本汤对恶性肿瘤患者血液流变学及甲襞微循环的影响

目的：探讨加味四君固本汤对恶性肿瘤患者血液流变学及甲襞微循环的影响。方法：观察组56例用加味四君固本汤治疗，另选择健康人30例作为对照组。结果：观察组患者治疗前全血粘度、红细胞电泳及血小板聚集率均显著高于对照组健康人（P〈0．01），红细胞压积显著高于对照组健康人（P〈0．01），血浆粘度及血沉无明显变化。治疗后血液流变性各项指标均有不同程度改善（P〈0．05或P〈0．01）。患者有明显的微循环改变，而治疗后管袢晰度变清、血流速度加快、红细胞聚集性减小，微循环有显著性改善（P〈0．05或P〈0．01）。结论：血液流变性及甲襞微循环的改变是恶性肿瘤的重要病理特征，加味四君固本汤对恶性肿瘤患者血淤状态可能有改善作用。

Effect on Malignant Tumor Patients' Hemorheology and Microcirculation of Nail Fold Treated by Jiawei Sijun Guben Decoction

Objective: To approach the effect on malignant tumor patients' hemorheology and microcirculation of nail fold treated by jiawei Sijun Guben Decoction.Method: 56 cases were treated with Jiawei Sijun Guben Decoction as the study group while 30 healthy persons were chosen as the coontrol group.Result :The whole blood viscosity,erythrocyte electrophoreisis and platelet aggregation rate of the study group's patients are higher than that of the control group's healthy persons obviously(P<0.05) and hematocrit of the study group is lower than that of the coutrol group obviously(P<0.05 or P<0.01).The plasma viscosity and blood sedimentation has not obvious changes.Each index of hemorheology has been improved in different degree after treatment(P<0.05 or P<0.01).Microcirculation was changed obviously on the patients,but after treatment,the defining power of ductal fillet became clearer,blood flow rate accelerated,platelet aggregation diminished and the microcirculation were improved obviously (P<0.05 or P<0.01).Conclusion: The changes of hemorheology and microcirculation of nail fold are important pathology of malignant tumor.Jiawei Sijun Guben Decoction could improve the blood stasis state of malignant tumor patients.
