| 摘 要： | 目的观察穴位埋线治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效。方法将120例腰椎间盘突出症患者随机分为治疗组和对照组，每组60例。治疗组采用穴位埋线治疗，对照组采用常规针刺治疗，比较两组临床疗效。结果治疗组总有效率为96．7％，对照组为85．0％，两组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论穴位埋线是治疗腰椎间盘突出症一种有效的方法。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the therapeutic effects of catgut embedding therapy in treating lumbar disc herniation.Methods A hundred and twenty patients with lumbar disc herniation were randomly allocated to a treatment group and a control group,with 60 cases in each.The subjects were treated with catgut embedding therapy in the treatment group and acupuncture in the control group.
