| 摘 要： | 目的观察针灸分阶段治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效。方法将180例腰椎间盘突出症患者随机分为治疗组120例和对照组60例。治疗组采用针灸分阶段治疗，对照组采用常规针刺治疗。治疗4个疗程后对比疗效并随访半年比较复发率。结果治疗组总有效率为97．5％，对照组总有效率为88．3％，两组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）：治疗组复发率为8．6％，对照组为20．8％，两组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论采用针灸分阶段治疗腰椎间盘突出症疗效优于常规取穴，且复发率较低。
