腹针配合火针治疗痤疮临床观察

目的观察腹针配合火针治疗痤疮的疗效。方法运用腹针配合火针治疗189例痤疮患者，治疗隔日1次，12次为1疗程，共治疗2个疗程，并进行疗效观察。结果189例患者经治疗后，痊愈49例，显效67例，好转49例，总有效率87．3％。其中男性患者总有效率为88．5％，女性为86．3％。不同证型疗效观察，其中肺经风热型有效率86．8％，胃肠湿热型有效率82．9％，肝经郁热型有效率86．8％，冲任失调型有效率90．5％，经卡方检验，P〉0．05。不同皮损分度疗效比较，其中轻度有效率92．5％，中度有效率90．6％，重度有效率87．3％，极重度有效率73．3％。经卡方检验，P〈0．05，极重度痤疮疗效稍差。结论腹针配合火针治疗痤疮疗效确切，且不同性别、不同证型患者疗效比较差异无统计学意义，极重度患者疗效稍差。

Clinical Observations on the Treatment of Acne with Abdominal Acupuncture plus Fire Needling

Objective To investigate the efficacy of abdominal acupuncture plus fire needling in treating acne.
