| 摘 要： | 目的观察温针治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效。方法将62例腰椎间盘突出症患者随机分成治疗组32例和对照组30例。治疗组采用温针治疗，对照组采用常规针刺治疗。比较两组疗效以及治疗前后简式McGill疼痛问卷表（MPQ）评分变化。结果治疗组总有效率为93．8％，对照组为80．0％，两组比较差异具有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。两组患者治疗后疼痛感觉总分、疼痛情感总分及疼痛总得分与同组治疗前比较，差异均具有统计学意义（P〈0．01），治疗组治疗后疼痛感觉总分、疼痛情感总分及疼痛总得分与对照组比较，差异均具有统计学意义（Y〈0．05）。结论温针是一种治疗腰椎间盘突出症的有效方法。
