温针配合独活寄生汤治疗退行性膝骨关节炎疗效观察

目的观察温针配合独活寄生汤治疗退行性膝骨关节炎的临床疗效。方法将120例退行性膝骨关节炎患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组60例。治疗组采用温针配合独活寄生汤治疗,对照组采用单纯口服独活寄生汤治疗。治疗14 d后统计疗效。结果两组治疗后Lysholm评分与同组治疗前比较,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组治疗后Lysholm评分与对照组比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组总有效率为95.0%,对照组为83.3%,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论温针配合独活寄生汤是一种治疗退行性膝骨关节炎的有效方法。

Therapeutic Observation on Warm Needling plus Duhuo Jisheng Decoction in Treating Degenerative Osteoarthritis of Knee

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of warm needling plus Duhuo Jisheng decoction in treating degenerative osteoarthritis of knee. Method A total of 120 patients with degenerative osteoarthritis of knee were randomized into a treatment group and a control group, 60 in each. The treatment group was intervened by warm needling plus Duhuo Jisheng decoction, and the control was only by oral administration of Duhuo Jisheng decoction. The treatment results were analyzed after 14-day treatment. Result The two groups both had significant changes in Lysholm score after treatment （P〈0.05）. In comparing of Lysholm score after treatment, the treatment group was significantly different from the control group （P〈0.05）. The total effective rate was 95.0% in the treatment group versus 83.3% in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Integrated use of warm needling and Duhuo Jisheng decoction is an effective way in treating degenerative osteoarthritis of knee.
