| 摘 要： | 目的比较温通针法配合透刺法治疗顽固性面瘫与传统针刺治疗的疗效差异。方法将92例患者随机分为两组,治疗组62例采用温通针法配合透刺法治疗;对照组30例采用传统针刺治疗。结果治疗组总有效率为91.9%,对照组为66.7%,两组比较差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.01）;治疗组平均疗程为2.7个,对照组为23.8个,两组比较差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.01）。结论采用温通针法配合透刺法治疗顽固性面瘫疗效明显优于传统针刺方法。

| Abstract: | Objective To compare the efficacy of warm needling plus penetrative needling with conventional acupuncture in treating refractory facial paralysis. Methods Ninety-two patients were randomly allocated to two groups.
