天灸治疗腰椎骨关节炎疗效观察

目的观察天灸和假天灸对腰椎骨关节炎患者的疼痛缓解作用。方法将60例腰椎骨关节炎患者按1:1比例随机分组,观察组采用天灸方法,对照组采用假天灸。观察治疗前后简化McGill疼痛评分及副反应,并进行3个月后的随访。结果治疗后,观察组在McGill疼痛评分的PRI、VAS、PPI方面均有显著的改善(P<0.01);两组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);治疗后两组副反应较低,观察组有少许皮肤瘙痒、水泡、发热,但两组之间对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。3个月后观察组腰痛复发少于对照组(P<0.05)。结论天灸治疗腰椎骨关节炎的镇痛作用明显,并且远期疗效好。

Therapeutic Observation on Vesiculation Moxibustion for Osteoarthritis of Lumbar Vertebra

Objective To observe the effect of vesiculation moxibustion and sham vesiculation moxibustion in relieving pain of the patients with osteoarthritis of lumbar vertebra （OLV）. Method Sixty patients with OLV were randomized into groups at a ratio of 1：1. Vesiculation moxibustion was used in the observation group, and sham vesiculation moxibustion was adopted in the control group. The simplified McGILL was used to evaluate pain severity before and after treatment, the adverse effects were observed, and a follow-up study was conducted after 3 months. Result After treatment, the observation group had significant improvements in PRI, VAS, and PP1 （P〈0.01）, and the differences between the two groups were statistically significant （P〈0.01）. There were slight adverse effects shown in the two groups, such as itching, blister and fever in the observation group, but the differences between the two groups were insignificant （P〉0.05）. 3 months later, the recurrence of lower back pain in the observation group was markedly lower than that in the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Vesiculation moxibustion has obvious analgesic effect in treating OLV, and has a comparatively better long-term effect.
