| 摘 要： | 目的观察穴位贴敷治疗慢性腰椎间盘突出症的疗效。方法将90例符合诊断标准的腰椎间盘突出症患者随机分为两组,治疗组60例采用中药穴位贴敷,对照组采用常规针刺配合口服维生素B1,观察两组疗效及腰痛程度积分及复发率。结果两组近期总有效率比较差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）;治疗组治疗后6个月及12个月的总有效率高于对照组（均P〈0.05）;治疗组治疗后腰痛积分明显低于对照组（P〈0.05）;治疗组治疗后6个月、12个月复发率均低于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论治疗组远期疗效优于对照组。
