涌泉穴药物贴敷配合耳尖放血治疗阴虚阳亢型高血压的疗效观察

目的观察涌泉穴药物贴敷配合耳尖放血治疗阴虚阳亢型高血压的临床疗效。方法将70例阴虚阳亢型高血压患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组35例。治疗组采用涌泉穴药物贴敷配合耳尖放血治疗,对照组采用口服硝苯地平控释片治疗。观察两组首次治疗后不同时间点及治疗前后血压的变化情况,并比较两组临床疗效。结果治疗组首次治疗后5 min、15 min、30 min及60 min的收缩压和舒张压的血压差与对照组比较,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。两组治疗后收缩压和舒张压与同组治疗前比较,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。治疗组治疗后收缩压和舒张压与对照组比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗组总有效率和愈显率分别为97.1%和71.4%,对照组分别为91.4%和62.9%,两组比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论涌泉穴药物贴敷配合耳尖放血是一种治疗阴虚阳亢型高血压的有效方法,具有较好的即时和近期降压效果。

Efficacy Observation of Medicinal Application at Yongquan(KI1)Combined with Ear Apex Bloodletting for Hypertension of Yin-deficiency and Yang-hyperactivity Pattern

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of medicinal application at Yongquan(KI1)plus ear apex bloodletting in treating hypertension of yin-deficiency and yang-hyperactivity pattern.Method Seventy patients with hypertension of yin-deficiency and yang-hyperactivity pattern were randomized into a treatment group and a control group,with 35 cases in each group.The treatment group was intervened by medicinal application at Yongquan plus ear apex bloodletting,and the control group was treated with oral administration of Nifedipine controlled release tablets.The blood pressure was observed at different time points after the initial treatment and before and after treatment in the two groups for the changes,and the clinical efficacy was compared.Result The differences between the systolic and diastolic blood pressures at 5 min,15 min,30 min and 60 min after the initial treatment in the treatment group were significantly different from those in the control group(P<0.01).The systolic pressure and diastolic pressure changed significantly after treatment in both groups compared with those before treatment(P<0.01).After treatment,the systolic pressure and diastolic pressure in the treatment group were insignificantly different from those in the control group(P>0.05).The total effective rate was 97.1%and the markedly effective rate was 71.4%in the treatment group,versus 91.4%and 62.9%in the control group,and the between-group differences were statistically insignificant(P>0.05).Conclusion Medicinal application at Yongquan(KI1)plus ear apex bloodletting is an effective approach for hypertension of yin-deficiency and yang-hyperactivity pattern,producing satisfactory real-time and short-term effects in reducing blood pressure.
