| 摘 要： | 目的观察水红花子对免疫肝纤维化大鼠模型血清肝纤维化标志物的影响。方法 40只wistar大鼠随机分为正常对照组、模型对照组、秋水仙碱组、水红花子组。除正常对照组外,其余各组均给予腹腔注射无菌猪血清,剂量为0.3mL/100g,每周2次,连续12周。模型对照组、正常对照组每日灌服蒸馏水1mL/100g;其余各组灌服相应药物。采用放射免疫的方法观察肝纤维化大鼠血清肝纤维化指标（HA、LN、Ⅳ-C、PCⅢ）的变化。结果与模型对照组比较,各治疗组血清学标志物均有不同程度改善,其中秋水仙碱组PCⅢ、HA、LN显著降低;水红花子组LN、PCⅢ、HA、Ⅳ-C显著降低。结论水红花子可有效降低肝纤维化血清学指标,其作用优于秋水仙碱。
