内毒素血症兔白细胞计数、凝血功能动态变化与卫气营血辨证相关性研究

目的观察内毒素血症兔不同时相的血液白细胞（WBC）计数和凝血功能变化,探讨其与卫气营血阶段性辨证及传变的相关性。方法将40只新西兰大耳白兔随机分成空白组、1阶段组（注入大肠杆菌内毒素0~2h）、2阶段组（攻毒后2~6h）、3阶段组（攻毒后6~36h）;采用静脉注射大肠杆菌内毒素建立内毒素血症模型,检测内毒素血症兔不同时相血液WBC计数及血小板计数（BPC）、凝血功能。结果 1阶段组、2阶段组WBC总数均低于空白组,3阶段组WBC总数比1阶段组、2阶段组升高,与空白组差异无统计学意义。2阶段组、3阶段组BPC较空白组明显下降,以3阶段组为甚。2阶段组、3阶段组凝血酶原时间比空白组延长;3个阶段组的活化凝血酶原时间均比空白组延长,纤维蛋白原则均比空白组降低,凝血酶时间与空白组无明显差异。结论内毒素血症兔血液WBC总数动态变化提示从1阶段→2阶段→3阶段,炎症反应呈现出发生、发展、升级扩大的趋势;3个阶段凝血功能变化则分别与温病卫分证、气分证、营血分证的病机相关。

Correlation Study of WBC Count and Coagulant Function Dynamic Changes to Endotoxemia Rabbits with Differentiation of Wei-qi-ying-xue Syndromes
