高血压病中医辨证分型与C-反应蛋白及白细胞介素-6的关系

目的探讨高血压辨证分型与C-反应蛋白（CRP）及白细胞介素-6（IL-6）的关系。方法按纳入标准选择高血压病患者102例,其中肝阳上亢型27例、痰湿壅盛型22例、阴虚阳亢型25例、阴阳两虚型28例,另选健康体检者45例作为正常组;分别测定血清CRP、IL-6浓度。结果高血压病组血清CRP、IL-6浓度高于正常组,该组不同证型组中,肝阳上亢组血清CRP、IL-6浓度明显高于痰湿壅盛组、阴虚阳亢组和阴阳两虚组,而痰湿壅盛组、阴虚阳亢组和阴阳两虚组血清CRP、IL-6浓度相近。结论高血压病患者血管内皮炎症反应以肝阳上亢型为重,血清CRP、IL-6浓度变化更能反映高血压病中医病机肝火、阳亢的本质,CRP、IL-6浓度可作为高血压病中医辨证分型的客观化指标。

Relationship Between Inerelukin-6(IL-6),C-Reactive Protein(CRP)and Syndrome Differentiation-Typing in TCM

Objective： To investigate the relationship between inerleukin - 6 （ IL - 6 ）, C - reactive protein （CRP） and syndrome differentiation -typing in TCM. Methods： 102 patients with essential hypertension（EH） were divided into different types with TCM classification such as. liver- yang excess type（27 cases）, phlegm dampness congested type（22 cases）, yin deficiency and yang- excess type（25 cases）, yin -yang deficiency type（28 case） . The control group with normal blood pressure was 45 cases. The serum concentration of CRP and IL - 6 were measured respectively. Results： The serum concentration of CRP and IL - 6 in 102 patients with EH were significantly higher than that of the control group;The serum concentration of CRP and IL - 6 in liver - yang excess group were apparently higher than that of the other three groups; there was no statistical differences in the serum concentration of CRP and IL - 6 in phlegm dampness congested, yin deficiency and yang - excess and yin - yang deficiency groups. Conclusion： The inflammation reaction of vascular endothelium in the patients of liver - yang excess type of EH was more obvious than that of the others. The serum concentration of CRP and IL - 6 can be used as the objective index for judging the syndrome differentiation - typing of TCM classification with EH.
