| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨小儿退热解毒颗粒解热作用的机理。方法 采用酵母混悬液复制大鼠发热模型，观察小儿退热解毒颗粒对发热大鼠下丘脑中PGE2和cAMP含量的影响。结果 小儿退热解毒颗粒可降低发热大鼠下丘脑中PGE2和cAMP含量。结论 小儿退热解毒颗粒可通过抑制下丘脑中PGE2和cAMP含量升高而发挥其解热作用。 |

| Abstract: | Objective:To investigate the mechanism of Xiaoertuirejiedu Granule(XG)on the effect of antipyret- ic.Methods:Chose febrile model of rats induced by yeast suspension.Observed the effect of XG on the contents of febrile medium such as PGE_2 and cAMP in hypothalamus tissue of febrile rats induced by yeast.Results:XG could increase contents of febrile medium such as PGE_2 and cAMP obviously.Conclusion:It shows that XG had antipyretic effect.The mechanism can be relevant to restrainting the synthesis or releasing of inflammatory mediator PGE_2. |
