补肾舒脊颗粒治疗强直性脊柱炎髋关节病变的临床研究

目的观察补肾舒脊颗粒对强直性脊柱炎（AS）髋关节病变患者的治疗作用。方法将患者随机分为两组，治疗组予补肾舒脊颗粒治疗，对照组予柳氮磺胺吡啶片治疗，疗程6个月。观察两组临床症状、体征、中医证候评分、疾病活动性指标、骨密度、骨代谢、髋关节评分等指标的变化。结果治疗组患者的BAS—G、BASDAI、BASFI、夜间痛、脊柱痛、晨僵时间、医生的总体评价、中医证候评分、枕墙距、颌柄距、胸廓活动度等方面均有不同程度改善（P〈0．05），并且在改善AS患者Harris髋关节评分方面有统计学意义（P〈0．05），中医疗效评价方面，治疗组明显优于对照组（P〈0．05）。结论补肾舒脊颗粒能显着改善AS患者的临床症状、体征、Bath指数、中医证候，能显著改善患者的髋关节活动功能，对髋关节病变有一定的治疗优势。并且长期服用安全性好．无毒副作用。

Clinical Research of Bushenshuji Particles on Ankylosing Spondylitis Hip Joint Disease

Objective： To observe the treatment effect of Bushenshuji Particles on patients of ankylosing spondylitis hip joint disease. Methods： Using randomized control study,Patients were divided into two groups： treatment group （given Bushenshuji Particles therapy）and the control group （given sulfasalazine tablets treatment）. treatment last for 6 months. Clinical symptoms, signs ,TCM syndrome score ,disease activity index ,bone density, bone metabolism, hip score and other indicators of change were observed before and after treatment. Results： The Bushenshuji Particles after treatment,the patient＇s BAS-G,BASDAI,BASFI,night pain,spinal pain,morning stiff- ness ,physician＇s overall assessment score syndromes ,occipital wall distance ,jaw shank distance, chest degree as- pects improved in varying degrees,the difference was statistically significant （P〈 0.05 ）,and in improving patients with AS Harris hip score was statistically significant terms （P〈 0.05 ）, TCM efficacy evaluation, the treatment group than the control group （P〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion： The Bushenshuji Particles can significantly improve the patient＇s clinical symptoms, signs, Bath index, syndromes, and significantly improve the patient＇s hip joint function of the hip joint lesions, and have a therapeutic advantage in hip joint disease. And enjoying good safety with Long-term using, and non-toxic side effects.
