摘    要:目的探讨冰片对骨髓基质干细胞(BMSCs)透过脑缺血模型血脑屏障的影响。方法复制脑缺血再灌注大鼠模型,将大鼠随机分为BMSCs+冰片组、BMSCs组、冰片组、模型组和正常组;大脑中动脉阻塞(MCAO)术后24h,灌服冰片30min后,以3×106BMSCs经右颈总动脉注射入大鼠体内;分别于脑缺血再灌注后第1、14、28日检查各组大鼠的神经功能,并于实验结束时采血检测血象、肝肾功能。结果BMSCs+冰片组和BMSCs组神经功能显著改善,而前者又优于后者;各组大鼠血象、肝肾功能都正常,主要器官组织未见肿块形成。结论冰片能够促进BMSCs透过血脑屏障,改善神经功能;血管内移植BMSCs未见明显的副作用。

The Influence of Borneol on Bone Matrix Stem Cell(BMSCs)Permeating through Blood-brain Barrier

Abstract:Objective: To study the influence of borneol on Bone Matrix Stem Cell (BMSCs) permeating through blood - brain barrier. Methods: The rat model of cerebral ischemia and reperfusion was copied. Then the rats were divided into 5 groups: BMSCs + borneol group, BMSCs group, borneol group, model group and normal group. 24h after MCAO operation, and 30min after drenching borneol, 3 × 10^6 BMSCs were injected turough right common carotid artery it/to each rat of BMSCs + borneol group and BMSCs gruop. The nerve function was tested respectively on the 1st, 14th and 28th day after cerebral ischemia and reperfusion. At the experiment endpoint, the level of blood RBC, WBC, PL were examined, and lever and renal function were tested. Results: The nerve function of BMSCs + borneol group and BMSCs gruop were improved significantly. While the former was better than the latter. The level of blood RBC, WBC and PL, the lever and renal function in all groups were normal. No lump was found in all rats. Conclusion: Borneol can promote BMSCs permeating through blood - brain barrier to improve nerve function. No visible side L effect was found in intraveascular BMSCs - transplanting rats.
