| 摘 要： | 本文报告以促肝细胞生长素(HGF)合丹参注射液治疗肝硬化了56例,结果症状、体征好转情况明显优于对照组.治疗组血总胆红素(TBlL)、谷丙转氨酶(ALT)下降明显,与对照组比较有显著性差异,P<0.01;治疗组显效率达69.4%,总有效率达88.8%,与对照组比较亦有显著性差异,P<0.01.

| Abstract: | The therapeutic effect of HGF and injection of radix salvi-ae miitiorrhizae in treating 56 cases of hepatocirrhosis was observed and compared with that of 56 controls. The results showed that in treated group, the signs and symptoms were significantly improved, plasma TBIL and ALT were also markedly reduced than those the control group (p<0. 01). The marked effective and total effective rate of the treated group was 69.4% and 88. 8% respectively, which was much higher than that of the control group (p<0. 01). |
