| 摘 要： | 目的观察抑胰合剂治疗急性出血坏死性胰腺炎的疗效。方法患者30例随机分为治疗组与对照组,分别予抑胰合剂结合西医综合治疗及单纯西医治疗,观察两组治疗前后有关指标的变化。结果治疗组显效率为66.7%,单纯治疗组显效率为20.0%,两组比较有统计学差异。结论抑胰合剂治疗急性出血坏死性胰腺炎疗效确切。

| Abstract: | Objective:To observe the effect of Yiyiheji on the patients with acute hemorrhagic necrotic pancreatitis(AHNP).Methods:Thirty patients with AHNP were randomly divided into two groups.Yiyiheji group and control group.Two groups were given with westen conventional treatment,while Yiyiheji group was additionally treated by using Yiyiheji.The clinical relative indicatrixs were observed and compared between the two groups.Results:The excellence rate of Yiyiheji group is 66.7%,while control group is 20.0%.There were significant differences of statistics between the two groups.Conclusion:Comparing to the treatment with western medicine alone,Yiyiheji has better therapeutic effect on the patients with AHNP. |
