摘    要:秋茄(Kandelia candel)属于红树科(Rhizophoraceae)秋茄属(kandelia),是一种生长于滨海滩涂的海洋植物,在广西沿海地区被民间用作药物使用。其化学成分主要包括黄酮类、萜类、酚酸类、有机酸、甾醇、含氮化合物、多糖等。现代药理研究表明秋茄具有抗肿瘤、抑菌、抗氧化、降血糖和血脂、抗炎等多种药理活性。本文深入总结秋茄的化学成分及药理活性的研究现状,为该海洋中药的临床应用、质量控制和产品开发等提供参考。

Abstract:Kandelia candel belongs to the genus Kandelia of Rhizophoraceae. It is a kind of Marine plant growing in the coastal area and used as medicine by the people in the coastal area of Guangxi. Its chemical constituents mainly include flavonoids, terpenoids, phenolic acids, organic acids, sterols, nitrogenous compounds, polysaccharides and so on. Modern pharmacological studies have shown that Kandelia candel has many pharmacological activities, such as anti-tumor, bacteriostasis, anti-oxidation, lowering blood glucose and blood lipid, and anti-inflammatory. In this paper, the research status of the chemical constituents and pharmacological activities of Kandelia candel was summarized in depth, so as to provide reference for the clinical application, quality control and product development of this Marine traditional Chinese medicine.
