| 摘 要： | 随着膳食结构和生活方式的改变,肥胖的发病率显著升高。近年来，越来越多的研究表明，肠道菌群在肥胖及其代谢性疾病的发生过程中发挥重要作用。本文将阐述肠道菌群改变与肥胖发生的关系,肠道菌群紊乱引起肥胖的作用机制，并总结中医药通过影响肠道菌群干预肥胖的研究进展。

| Abstract: | With the changes in dietary structure and lifestyle, the incidence of obesity has increased significantly. In recent years, increasing evidence shows that gut microbiota plays an important role in the development of obesity and related metabolic disorders. This article summarizes the relationship between gut microbiota and obesity, the underlying mechanisms for gut microbiota changes on obesity and related metabolic disorders. Furthermore, we review the progress of Chinese medicine in treating obesity by regulating gut microbiota. |
