| 摘 要： | 目的研究黄草乌Aconitum vilmorinianum Kom.地上部分的化学成分。方法黄草乌地上部分甲醇提取物乙酸乙酯部位采用硅胶、TLC、Sephadex LH?20进行分离纯化,根据理化性质及波谱数据鉴定所得化合物的结构。结果从中分离得到17个化合物,分别鉴定为黄草乌碱丁(1)、karakanine(2)、黄草乌碱乙(3)、卡马考宁(4)、塔拉地萨敏(5)、N?deethyl?N?19?didehydrosachaconitine(6)、hemsleyaconitine D(7)、16β?羟基心瓣翠雀碱(8)、哥伦乌头碱(9)、N?甲基樟苍碱(10)、马齿苋酰胺E(11)、neochlorogenic acid methyl ester(12)、chlorogenic acid methyl ester(13)、山柰酚?3?O?β?D?葡萄糖苷(14)、山柰酚?7?O?α?L?阿拉伯糖苷(15)、槲皮素?3?O?α?L?阿拉伯糖(16)、β?谷甾醇(17)。结论所有化合物均为首次从该植物地上部分中分离得到,化合物2,7,10~16为首次从该植物中分离得到。
