摘    要:目的建立RP-HPLC法同时测定九味羌活丸、片、颗粒(羌活、防风、苍术等)中羌活醇、阿魏酸、异欧前胡素、紫花前胡苷的含有量。方法 3种药物甲醇提取液的分析采用TechMate C18色谱柱(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm);流动相乙腈-0.1%冰醋酸,梯度洗脱;体积流量1.0 mL/min;柱温35℃;检测波长317 nm。结果羌活醇、阿魏酸、异欧前胡素、紫花前胡苷分别在2.944 2~31.768 2μg/mL(r=0.999 8)、1.995 8~19.958 4μg/mL(r=0.999 8)、2.944 2~29.441 8μg/mL(r=0.999 7)、8.215 0~82.150 1μg/mL(r=0.999 7)范围内线性关系良好,平均加样回收率分别为94.9%、93.9%、91.2%、101.1%,RSD分别为0.9%、1.2%、1.4%、1.0%。结论该方法准确可靠,可用于九味羌活丸、片、颗粒的质量控制。

Abstract:AIM To establish a RP-HPLC method for the simultaneous content determination of four constituents in Jiuwei Qianghuo Pills, Tablets and Granules(Notopterygii Rhizoma et Radix, Saposhnikoviae Radix, Atractylodis Rhizoma, etc.).METHODS The analysis of methanol extracts of these three drugs was performed on a 35 ℃ thermostatic TechMate C18 column(250 mm×4.6 mm, 5μm), with the mobile phase comprising of acetonitrile-0.1% glacial acetic acid flowing at 1.0 mL/min in a gradient elution manner, and the detection wavelength was set at 317 nm.RESULTS Notopteol, ferulic acid, isoimperatorin and nodakenin showed good linear relationships within the ranges of 2.944 2-31.768 2 μg/mL(r=0.999 8), 1.995 8-19.958 4 μg/mL(r=0.999 8), 2.944 2-29.441 8 μg/mL(r=0.999 7) and 8.215 0-82.150 1 μg/mL(r=0.999 7), whose average recoveries were 94.9%, 93.9%, 91.2% and 101.1% with the RSDs of 0.9%, 1.2%, 1.4% and 1.0%, respectively.CONCLUSION This accurate and reliable method can be used for the quality control of Jiuwei Qianghuo Pills, Tablets and Granules.
